Eagle Club

Porter’s Chapel Academy Eagle Club is a group of parents, staff, and other interested parties whose mission is to promote positive parent and community involvement in the support of the PCA Eagle’s athletic program.  This involvement consists of both volunteer service and supplementary financial support required to foster the development of our athletes.  Our primary purpose is fundraising to support athletic programs and promoting school spirit through sports.  We strive to promote sportsmanship in a Christian-like manner.

  • Membership is mandatory for all families of students involved in any athletic program at PCA.

  • Yearly dues are $150 per family.

  • Each membership will be required to work a minimum of two (2) games per year;  concession, gate, or parking.  A fine of $100 will be charged if member fails to adhere.


  • Meetings will be held every other month on the second (2nd) Monday of the month, unless this conflicts with any school sponsored or sporting events.  If needed, meetings other than the scheduled meetings will be conducted upon call of the President.


  • No expenditure can be made without Eagle Club Board approval.  A financial statement will be provided monthly. 

  • Help support athletic programs: Uniforms, equipment, etc
  • Partial payment of athletic jackets
  • Athletic banquet
  • Maintenance of fields
  • Maintenance of concessions
